    Loin cut chops ~ I use boneless thick; but not the 2~3" stuffing kind of thick
    tri~pepper, fresh ground
    Hungarian paprika
    cream of whatever soup, undiluted
    a whole onion, sliced

    Recipe



    Season both sides of chops with the paprika & pepper. Put them in a shallow baking dish - for two use a pie dish; they fit nicely. Pour cream of soup over them; spread around evenly. Lay onion slices all over that - I slice a whole onion & take the slices apart into "rings" and cover the mixture. Sprinkle with add'l fresh ground tri~pepper.
    Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for about 45 minutes to an hour @ 350°.


    Bake time is going to vary a bit depending on the thickness of your chops; they are generally done when the soup turns to thick gravy. I check about 45 minutes because I don't want the chops to dry out.
