    2 thick boneless pork chops
    seasoned garlic salt & fresh ground pepper to taste
    veg oil as needed
    1 Can cream of broccoli soup or your choice
    ½ can milk
    ½ C sour cream + smidge
    1 envelope Leak soup mix
    a couple of mitts~full grated Colby or your choice
    butter as needed ~ cut in pats
    shredded country style hashbrowns, thawed or your choice
    seasoned breadcrumbs

    Preheat oven to 350°
    Spray bake dish w/cookin spray or grease w/butter

    Season yer chops w/the garlic salt + pepper n’ sauté in pan in oil just til brown on both sides, but not cooked thru. Remove from heat.

    In a good sized bowl, mix together the cream~o soup, milk, sour cream, soup mix n’ cheese.

    Place hasbrowns in sprayed {buttered} casserole dish n’ chops atop the hashbrowns. Pour the soup mixture over everything. Dot w/couple pats of butter cut in ½ n’ evenly layed.

    Cover it up n’ toss in oven for 30 min’s.

    Take out uncover n’ sprinkle w/seasoned bread crumbs. Return to oven n’ bake another 10 min’s or til bubbly.
