Pork Chops from Anna

In an electric fry pan. Brown 4 pork chops in a little oil, both sides. Drain fat from pan.
Dilute one can mushroom soup with one can milk. Pour over chops in pan.
Peel and skin 4 large baking potatoes (or leave skin on, if you prefer). Slice potates length wise into 1/4-3/8" slices. Place over pork chops in pan. Bring to boil, lower heat to slow simmer. Cook for 45 minutes, or until potatoes are fork tender.
Note: this can be done in an oven. 350° Place pork chops in an pan with high sides. Same procedure as above with the mushroom soup and potatoes. Bake covered same amount of time as above.
