    List of Ingredients




    1 Tblsp oil
    4 pork loin chops
    1 cup white wine
    1/3 cup redcurrent jelly

    Recipe



    Heat oil in frypan. Add chops and cook 6 minutes each side or until tender and brown. Remove the chops and keep warm.

    Add wine and jelly to pan. Bring to the boil, stirring. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.

    Serve the sauce over the chops.
