Pork Chops w/Sour Cream Sauce

4 pork loin chops, 1/2" thick
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. leek soup mix
2 tbsp. flour
1½ cups water
1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup sour cream
Recipe
Spray skillet w/non~stick cooking spray (I just use oil) Heat over med high heat until hot. Add pork chops; sprinkle with pepper. Cook 2 to 3 minutes each side or until browned.
In med bowl, combine soup mix, flour, water & Wooster sauce; mix well. Add to pork chops in skillet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover & simmer 10~15 min’s or until pork chops are no longer pink in center. Turning chops once.
Remove pork chops from skillet. Add sour to mixture in skillet, mix well. Serve sauce over chops.
