    List of Ingredients




    4 pork steaks
    1 Tblsp oil
    1 teasp grated fresh ginger
    1 cup apple cider
    1 teasp cornflour
    1 Tblsp chopped fresh chives

    Recipe



    Cook the steaks in oil in fry pan 3 minutes each side. Remove and keep warm.

    Add ginger to pan, stirring. Mix 1 Tblsp cider with cornflour and then add the remaining cider. Add to the pan. Bring to the boil then reduce heat and simmer stirring 2 minutes or until thickened and reduced. Stir in chives.

    Pour over the steaks and serve.

    Serves 4
