2 slices of pork tenderloin
1 beaten egg
salt and pepper to taste
soft or dry bread crumbs as needed
butter and oil for pan frying

Add the seasonings to the beaten egg; dip each tenderloin in egg, then dredge in bread crumbs. Fry in butter and oil in preheated skillet (the butter helps them brown nicely) until golden, turning once. Garnish with lemon wedges, if desired.
