    List of Ingredients




    2 T all-purpose flour
    1 T dry mustard
    1 tsp seasoned salt
    1/8 tsp pepper
    4 pork chops
    2 T vegetable oil

    MUSTARD SAUCE:
    2 tsp ground mustard
    1 C water
    ½ C chopped onion
    2 T ketchup
    2 T Orange marmalade
    1 T soy sauce
    1 T Dijon mustard

    Recipe



    In a bowl, combine the first 4 ingredients. Dredge pork chops in flour mix.

    In a skillet over med heat, brown chops in oil on both sides, about 8 minutes.

    Combine the sauce ingredients & pour over chops. Cover & simmer until meat is tender, about 20 minutes.

    Spoon sauce over chops when serving.

    Yield 4 servings
