    List of Ingredients




    MARINADE:
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. dry sherry
    1 Tbsp. Oil
    1 lb. pork tenderloin cut into 1/4 " thin slices

    VEGETABLES:
    4 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 green onions, cut into 1" pieces
    1 small or 1/2 large cabbage, cored and cut into thin slices
    1/2 green pepper cut into thin slices (can be omitted)

    SAUCE:
    3 Tbsp. dark soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. bottled mixed CHILI AND GARLIC PASTE (this is HOT!!)
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/4 tsp. sesame oil

    Recipe



    Mix marinade in small bowl large enough to just hold sliced pork. Add pork and mix well. Let stand 10 min. while preparing vegetables.

    Heat oil in wok to medium hot. Add salt and green onions. Cook 2 min. Add pork. Cook, stirring about 5 min. or until meat no longer is pink. Add green pepper & cabbage. COVER and cook 5 more min.

    Mix all sauce ingredients and add to wok mixture. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.

    Serve over white rice.
