Slow-Roasted Pork

Preheat oven to 400.
Take a 4 - 5 lb. boneless pork shoulder roast and brush a little vegetable oil all over it. Then rub it all over with cumin, a little crushed red pepper, salt, black pepper and garlic powder.
Put roast in a roasting pan and roast at 400 for 20 minutes. Lower heat to 325 and roast for 2-3 hours. Don't put the glaze on until the last 45 minutes or so or it will burn. Baste it a few times with the glaze.
