    Sweet & Easy BBQ Ribs

    List of Ingredients

    3½ cups catsup
    1 bottle chili sauce (Heinz, DelMonte, etc.)
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup vinegar
    1 tbsp. celery seed
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper

    Recipe

    Combine ingredients and simmer 30 minutes. Keep refrigerated.

    For country-style ribs, place raw ribs in greased baking dish. Mince a whole onion and sprinkle over ribs. Douse bbq sauce over all, and bake uncovered at 350° for 2½ - 3 hours, or until ribs are falling-apart tender, repositioning pieces during cooking so that all surfaces get a nice cooked-on glaze of sauce.
