Bacon-wrapped Chicken

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 an 8oz package of cream cheese
4 slices bacon
4 teaspoons fresh chopped chives
1 can cream of chicken soup (condensed)
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
pinch of saltRecipe
Preheat oven to 325º
Pound chicken breasts til flat, place a slice of cream cheese and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon chives. Roll up, and wrap with 1 slice of bacon. Secure with toothpicks. Place in a 9"x13" baking dish.
In a medium bowl, combine soup, mayo, lemon juice, milk, salt and pepper. Mix until smooth, then pour over chicken.
Bake in preheated oven 1 hour or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
