1 T all-purpose Flour
¼ C water
¼ C packed brown sugar
¼ C Ketchup or bbq sauce
2 T white wine vinegar
2 T lemon juice
2 T Worcestershire sauce
1 small onion, chopped
1 t ground mustard
1 t paprika
1 t chili powder
½ t salt
1/8 t pepper
Recipe
Place chicken in greased baking dish.
In a sauce pan, whisk flour & water together til smooth. Stir in brown sugar, ketchup, wine vinegar, lemon juice, & worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil; cook & stir for about 2 minutes til thickened. Stir in rest of ingredients. Pour over chicken, cover n refrigerate 2 or more hrs.
Remove from fridge 30 minutes before cooking. Bake uncovered in 350 oven until done - juice runs clear when chicken is pierced with a fork.
