    It's a part of my grandmothers secret with her fried chicken...now I just don't tell this to everybody, lol. But if you have enough room in a container and the fridge...To make a extra juicy bird, place it in a large container cover with water and pour a couple tablespoons of salt in it. Stir it till it dissolves. Cover with the lid or saran wrap. Put in the fridge for 2-4 hours. Rinse well before proceeding with your recipe. You don't want the water so salty that you can taste it per se, just a salt bath so to speak. Now, just give it a try sometime, it really makes a difference, IMAO!
