cooked chopped bacon

Saut� floured chicken pieces in butter and olive oil; add garlic and onions; then peppers, parsley, white wine and bacon. Continue cooking till sauce reduces and thickens.
Serve over your favorite pasta or rice, sprinkled with more bacon and grated cheese.
