Chicken, Vegetable, Mushroom Saute

List of Ingredients
4 chicken breast halves, boned and skinned
1 15oz can vegetable (asparagus –or use
cooked frozen broccoli or cauliflower, etc.)
flour
butter
1/2 cup chicken broth or stock
8 to 10 mushrooms sliced
1/2 cup white wine
salt and pepper
Recipe
Dredge chicken with flour. Saute in butter till cooked and golden brown. Remove. Put mushrooms in same skillet and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes.
Stir in vegetables, stock, wine, salt and pepper and let cook till sauce is slightly reduced. Return chicken and warm through.
