    Honey Orange Chicken

    List of Ingredients

    1 cup fine breadcrumbs
    1 Tbsp. Grated Orange Rind
    1/2 tsp. Salt
    1/4 tsp. Pepper
    6-8 half Chicken Breasts, skinned and boned (you might flatten a bit)
    1/2 cup Orange Juice
    2-3 Tbsp. Butter
    1 Chicken Bouillon Cube
    1/2 cup boiling Water
    1/4 cup Butter
    1/2 cup Honey

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 350. In shallow dish combine, breadcrumbs,orange rind, salt and pepper. Dip each chicken breast in orange juice; then coat with crumb mixture. Melt the 2-3 tbsp. Butter in a large skillet; brown chicken pieces on each side. Arrange in a single layer in a baking dish. Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water; add the ¼ cup butter and ½ cup honey, stirring until the butter melts. Pour over chicken; bake, basting occasionally for about 25 minutes.
