Dijon mustardRecipe Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine first 9 ingredients in large bowl and mix well. Shape mixture on a rimmed baking sheet into an 8x4x2 inch loaf. Bake meatloaf 45 minutes. Remove from oven. Stir preserves and mustard in small bowl to blend. Spread over top of meatloaf. Bake about 15 minutes longer. Serves 4
