    List of Ingredients




    2 1/2 cups Long Grain Rice

    2 cans Chicken Broth

    1/4 stick butter

    1/2 tsp. Salt

    Vigo Spanish Flavor and Coloring

    Two large cans of Chicken or Turkey -OR- boneless/skinless chicken breast

    One can of Del Monte Seasoned French-cut Green Beans -OR- other vegetable of choice (Optional)
    One bay leaf (Optional)
    Worcestershire Sauce (Optional)
    Orange Peel (Optional)
    Mint Flakes (Optional)
    McCormick SeasonAll (Optional)

    Recipe



    1) - Pour the rice into the pressure cooker.

    2) - Open the Cans of Chicken and pour the juice into a large measuring cup (4 cups or bigger)

    3) - Open the cans of Chicken Broth and pour the juice into a large measuring cup

    4) - Pour one packet of Vigo Spanish Flavor and Coloring into measuring cup

    5) - Either Melt the butter or place it into the pot with the rice

    6) - Dump the chicken into the pot

    7) - Add Hot water to measuring cup until it reaches 4 cups +/- a couple oz.

    8) - Add some All Season (couple good shakes), Bay Leaf, Worcestershire Sauce (couple good shakes), measure 1/2 tsp. of salt and pour into measuring cup

    9) - Pour measuring cup into the pot and stir

    10)- Put lid on the pressure cooker and the stopper on the top stem.

    11)- Turn on burner to 3/4

    12)- Once pressure cooker stopper starts to rock reduce heat to 1/4 to 1/2 set timer for 5 minutes.

    13)- Place pressure cooker under cold running water until pressure is released

    Open and place into serving dish.
