    A Chef's Dressing

    List of Ingredients

    1/3 C Tomato Juice Without Salt -- Fresh is best
    1/3 C Oil
    1/4 C Red Wine Vinegar
    Fresh Black Pepper -- To Taste
    1 Tsp Ginger
    1/4 Tsp Dry Mustard
    1/2 Tsp Soy Sauce

    Recipe

    Place all ingredients in a tight fitting jar and shake well. Refrigerate.

    Serving Size 4

    Variation - Chef's Dressing I with Chives or Scallions: Prepare as directed above and add 2 tablespoons of finely chopped chives or scallions.
