List of Ingredients
4 springs of chives
5 hard boiled eggs
2 medium size cucumbers
1/3 cup water chestnuts
¼ cup watercress lettuce
¾ lb. thick, cut and cooked bacon
¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
½ cup mayonnaise
2 avocados
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
1 scallion bunch
¼ cup blue cheese salad dressing
1 head of Boston lettuce
½ lb. Mache lettuce
¼ lb. baby arugula lettuce
¼ lb. baby spinach
2 bunches of Italian frisee lettuce
1 head Belgian endive lettuce
1 bunch of mizuna lettuce
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Recipe
Chop all ingredients separately. Place all ingredients (except mozzarella cheese and chives) in a large bowl and toss together. Add salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with mozzarella and chives. Place salad in the refrigerator. Salad can be prepared 2 to 4 hours prior to serving.
