    Brunch Fruit Salad

    List of Ingredients

    20 ounces pineapple chunks in juice, reserve juice
    2 large bananas, cut into 1/4" chunks
    1 cup green grape -OR- seedless red grapes
    15 ounces mandarin oranges in juice, drained
    1 golden Delicious apple
    1 red delicious apple
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 tablespoons cornstarch
    1/3 cup orange juice
    1 tablespoon lemon juice

    Recipe

    1. Combine fruit in large bowl; set aside.

    2. In a saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch. Add orange juice, lemon juice, and reserved pineapple juice; stir until smooth.

    3. Bring to a boil; rediuce heat. Cook and stir for 2 minutes.

    4. Pour over fruit and mix gently.

    5. Cover and refrigerate until serving.

    NOTE: I added some strawberries to the fruit mix.
