    List of Ingredients




    One whole chicken, boiled and de-boned, or 2 lbs. boneless, skinless breasts, cooked

    chopped celery
    chopped walnuts
    seedless red grapes, halved, or quartered (depends on size)
    1/2 cup mayo or more (probably need more)
    salt and pepper
    a little sugar

    Recipe



    Chop chicken in good-sized pieces and place in bowl. Season with salt and pepper, and add other ingredients. Mix well. Taste to correct seasonings; add more mayo if needed. You want it very moist to serve on its own. To serve, I place a piece of curly-leaf lettuce on each plate and mound the serving of salad on it, and sprinkle a little chopped fresh dill on top, then add a small bunch of red grapes on the side.
