1 (10 oz) package frozen peas
1 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped scallions
1 tsp. chopped fresh dill weed or 1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
1/2 cup sour cream
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 cup cashews
Recipe
Combine the peas, celery, scallions and dill weed in a bowl and mix well. Add the sour cream, salt and pepper. Cover and chill. Add the cashews to the salad just before serving. Serves 4-6.
