2 Med Cucumbers -- Thinly Sliced
1/4 C White Onions -- Chopped
2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
2 Tbsp Seasoned Rice Vinegar
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Tsp Sugar
1 Tsp Sesame OilRecipe
Combine sauce and pour over cucumbers and onions.
Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
Sprinkle with 1 tsp. toasted sesame seeds if desired.
