    List of Ingredients

    1 can LeSueur peas
    1/4 cup mayonnaise
    1/3 cup diced cheddar cheese
    2 tbsp. diced celery
    2 tbsp. diced green onion
    2 tbsp. diced green pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper

    Recipe

    Mix all ingredients well & chill. May be served on a lettuce leaf.
