4 Slices Bacon -- Cut To 1" Pieces
1/4 C White Vinegar
1 Tbsp Sugar
1/4 Tsp Dry Mustard
4 C Fresh Washed Spinach Leaves -- Torn Bite-Size
1 C Sliced Mushrooms
1 C Feta Cheese
1/2 Lb Medium Shrimp -- Cooked And Peeled
Recipe
Cook bacon in a 10" skillet over medium high heat, stirring occasionally, until crisp. Stir in vinegar, sugar and mustard; continue stirring until
sugar is dissolved.
Toss spinach, mushrooms, cheese and shrimp in large bowl. Drizzle hot bacon dressing over spinach mixture; toss to coat.
Serve immediately.
Boy this screams for garlic Huh?!!!....And a touch of olive oil maybe ;-)
