    Sweet & Sour Carrot Salad

    List of Ingredients

    2 pounds sliced carrots -- cooked and drained
    1 large onion -- sliced into rings
    1 large green pepper -- sliced into rings
    1 cup sugar
    1/4 cup cider vinegar
    1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
    1 can tomato soup, condensed

    Recipe

    Put carrots into flat casserole, top with onions and green pepper. Bring remaining ingredients to a boil and pour over carrots. Refrigerate overnight. Heat before serving. (Also good served cold.)
