List of Ingredients
3 Lg Tomatoes -- Chopped
1/4 C Red Wine Vinegar
2 Cloves Minced Garlic
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Fresh Oregano -- Finely Chopped
1 Tbsp Fresh Basil -- Finely Chopped
1/2 Tsp Sugar
1/8 Tsp Black Pepper
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Parsley
1/4 Tsp Dry Mustard -- Optional
1/4 C Slivered Onion -- Optional

Recipe
In a medium-sized glass bowl, simply combine
the tomatoes with the red wine vinegar, minced garlic,
salt, fresh herbs, sugar, black pepper, olive oil, and fresh parsley. You may serve immediately or refrigerate overnight to let the seasonings mingle. Just make sure to serve the dish at room temperature to bring out all of its flavor.
