Woman's Day Edamame Salad

List of Ingredients
1 bag (16 oz.) frozen, shelled edamame
1 can (11 oz.) corn or 1-1/2 C fresh corn kernels
4 to 6 radishes, cut in half and thinly sliced
1/4 C each cilantro and scallions, chopped
1 T vegetable oil
1 T wasabi powder (or to taste....1T might be too much!)
1 tsp minced garlicRecipe
Cook edamame. Cool under running water, drain. Toss with corn, radishes, cilantro, and scallions.
Whisk vinegar, oil, wasabi, and garlic in a small bowl. Toss with edamame salad. Serve at room temperature or chill.
