    List of Ingredients

    2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    1 onion, peeled and chopped
    1 pound lean ground beef
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (I'm probably going to use real garlic next time; about 1 clove; and cook it with the onion)
    1 cup cooked spinach
12 whole wheat rolls (I used 6 hoagie style rolls; I think they want uncut hamburger rolls)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (next time I'm going to add 1 1/2 cups of cheese instead of just 1 cup)

    Recipe

    1. Preheat oven to 350.

    2. Heat oil in large skillet. Add onion and cook over medium heat until soft and starting to brown.

    3. Add beef and garlic powder and cook until meat is browned; drain.

    4. Add spinach, mix well, and allow to cool.

    5. Cut tops off rolls and hollow out insides.

    6. Add cheese to beef mixture and stuff into rolls.

    7. Replace tops, wrap separately in aluminum foil, and bake for 20 minutes to cook through.
