My Mum used to use this idea for our beach excursions. You just cut sheets of thawed puff pastry into triangles and spoon a little filling made up of grated cheese, grated zucchini (squeezed dry), finely chopped ham, anything you feel like really. Fold the triangles over and seal the edges with a little milk, and bake til golden. These are yummy, even if they get a little squashed.
