Shaved Ham Oven Sandwiches

List of Ingredients




1/2 Cup Butter, Softened
2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
1 1/2 Tablespoons Poppy Seeds
1 1/4 Teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Medium Onion, Grated
8 Cracked Pepper Sandwich Rolls
1 Pound Shaved Boiled Ham
8 Slices Swiss Cheese




Recipe



Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix together butter, mustard, poppy seeds,Worcestershire sauce, and onion.
Split rolls and spread mixture thinly on both sides.
Divide the ham between the rolls, top with 1 slice of
Swiss cheese, and replace sandwich tops.
Wrap sandwiches in aluminum foil and warm at 400
degrees for 10 minutes, or until cheese melts. Serves 8.

Any kind of bun is delicious with this recipe. I like to
use the trays of 24 party rolls. They are easily sliced
in half all at once using a serrated edge knife.
