    Smoky Barbecue Beef Sandwiches

    List of Ingredients




    2-1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1-1/2 cups barbecue sauce
    1/3 cup purchased teriyaki baste and glaze
    1 tbsp. chipotle chile in adobo sauce (from 7 or 11-oz. can), finely chopped
    1 teaspoon salt
    10 (6-inch) hoagie buns, split

    Recipe



    Brown ground beef in 12-inch nonstick skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high heat for 5 to 7 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain well.

    In 3-1/2 to 4-quart slow cooker, combine cooked ground beef and all remaining ingredients except buns; mix well.

    Cover; cook on low setting for 4 to 6 hours.

    To serve, stir beef mixture. Spoon ½ cup beef mixture into each bun.
