1 3-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. melted margarine
2 cups cooked diced turkey
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. chopped onion
salt & pepper to taste
1 8-oz. pkg. refrigerator crescent rolls
more melted margarine as needed
Recipe
Combine cream cheese & margarine; add turkey, milk, onion, salt & pepper. Separate crescent rolls into four rectangles and press the dough perforations to seal.
Place about 1/2 cup of turkey mixture in the center of each rectangle and bring the corners up to the center, pinching to seal well. Brush each roll with more melted margarine and bake at 350° for about 20 minutes, or until lightly browned.
