List of Ingredients

1/2 cup orange marmalade
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup catsup
3 Tbls. chili sauce
3 Tbls. sherry
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. Hoisin sauce
1/4 tsp. finely grated fresh ginger
1 Tbls. cornstarch


Recipe

Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and heat slowly until well blended and thickened.
