    A quick easy recipe because the hot butter sufficiently cooks the egg yolks.

    List of Ingredients




    2 egg yolks
    1 tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of white pepper
    1 stick butter, melted and HOT

    Recipe



    Using blender or hand blender, whip together first four ingredients until foamy. Slowly and carefully pour in hot butter while continuing to whip. Serve immediately.

    ALTERNATE LARGER RECIPE:
    3 egg yolks
    1½ tbsp. lemon juice
    3/8 tsp. salt
    dash of white pepper
    1½ sticks butter, melted and HOT

    Note: If thicker sauce is desired, add one extra egg yolk to either recipe.
