Chimichurri (Argentine Parsley Sauce)

List of Ingredients
1/2 C Olive Oil
1/4 C Red Wine Vinegar
1/2 C Finely Chopped Onions
1 Tbsp Finely Chopped Garlic
1/4 C Finely Chopped Parsley
1 Tsp Oregano
1/4 Tsp Cayenne
1 1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Fresh Black Pepper
Recipe
Whisk together oil & vinegar in a bowl, and then stir in the remaining ingredients. Let stand at room temperature for 2-3 hours before serving. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
NOTES : Serve on top of grilled steaks or fish.
