Traditional Mint Sauce for Lamb

8 Tblsp fresh mint, chopped
8 teasp sugar
salt and pepper to taste
8 Tblsp brown malt vinegar
Recipe
In a small saucepan mix mint, sugar, salt and pepper to taste. Stir in vinegar gradually and heat gently until sugar is dissolved. Serve warm or allow to come to room temperature.
Makes 3/4 cup.
