Artichokes Rosemary w/New Potatoes

List of Ingredients
5 pounds new red potatoes
3 lg. cans artichoke hearts
1/2 cup olive oil
4 tbsp. fresh rosemary
coarse salt to tasteRecipe
1. Preheat oven to 375°. Wash potatoes and cut them in halves or quarters.
2. In a bowl, toss the potatoes, artichokes and rosemary with the olive oil. Season with salt and coarse ground pepper.
3. Place in a shallow roasting pan and roast for approximately 1 hour or until potatoes are soft when pricked with a fork.
