Baked Cheese Hominy

3 cans hominy
1 can Cheese Soup
chopped jalapenos, fried bacon or both (optional)
Recipe
Mix all together, bake on 350 until heated and bubbly.
Note: I had this at Thanksgiving and it was very good. The dish I had was made with 2 can hominy and 1 can cheese soup. I thought it was too "cheesy" but that would surely be up to you! I think it would be good with a little steamed broccoli stirred in too.
