1-1/2 C Crushed Cornflakes
2 Tsp Sugar
1 Tsp Paprika -- Recently Bought
1/4 Tsp Seasoned Salt
2 Lg Sweet Onions -- Cut To 1/4'S-
2 Eggs Egg Beaters® 99% Egg Substitute





Recipe

In a large bowl combine first five ingredients. Set aside.. Beat egg beaters until frothy. Dip onion rings into egg and then into crumb mix and coat well. Lay in a single layer on a nonstick baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes or until onions are tender.
