    List of Ingredients




    2 pkgs frozen chopped broccolli, cooked and drained
    1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    2 beaten eggs
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    chopped onion

    Topping:
    1 stack of Ritz crackers, crushed
    2 tbsp butter or margarine

    Recipe



    Cook broccoli and drain. Add remaining ingredients and mix with broccoli, then pour into a casserole dish.

    Melt butter in pan and pour in cracker crumbs saute till golden, then spread over broccoli mix. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes - let stand 5-10 min.
