1 onion, diced
1 bag shredded cabbage
salt & pepper to taste
oil as needed
1 lb. bag noodles
Recipe
Dice an onion, saute till turns golden, add bag of shredded cabbage and lots of salt and pepper (and a nice amount of oil). keep cooking till cabbage is softish.
While onions sautéing, boil a pot of water, cook and drain the noodles (use at LEAST 16 oz). By the time the noodles are ready, you can turn off the cabbage & onions. then mix it all together (don't drain off the oil, leave most) and yum!
