1 Can Of Chick Peas, Drained
2 Tblsp Of Tahini Paste
1/2 Of A Small Brown/Yellow Onion
2-3 Cloves Of Garlic (To Taste)
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
Salt And Pepper To Taste
2 Tsp Dried Parsley
Olive Oil
Recipe
Place all the ingredients except for the olive oil in the bowl of your food processor. Process to combine. As it is running, add a thin stream of olive oil until you reach the consistency that you like.
