List of Ingredients
1 large loaf day old (or older) bread
1 onion, chopped
2 ribs celery, chopped
2 sticks margarine (did I mention these aren't low-fat?)
2 eggs, beaten
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1/2 t poultry seasoningRecipe
Saute onion and celery in margarine. Add poultry seasoning. Add soup and eggs. Mix well and pour over broken bread; mix well again and shape into 15 balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
