8 cups Rice Chex® cereal
1 cup salted peanuts
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

Heat oven to 325°.
Spray two jelly roll pans, 15 1/2x10 1/2x1 inch, with cooking spray. Stir all ingredients in large bowl until evenly coated. Spread in pans in single layer. Bake 12 minutes. Remove from pans; cool on waxed paper. Break into pieces. Store in airtight container.
