4 C. cornflakes
1 (12 oz.) can salted Virginia peanuts
1¼ C. white Karo syrup
1 C sugar
1 C. smooth peanut butter

Spray Pam in 1 9x13x2½ in. baking pan and set aside.
In a large bowl combine cornflakes & peanuts.
In saucepan, mix together syrup & sugar and bring to rolling boil; remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter until melted & smooth; pour over corn flake mixture; mix well.
Pour into reserved pan; pat down and press smooth; cut into bars. Chill if not firm enough.
