2 Tsp Cinnamon
1/4 Tsp Nutmeg
10 Flour Tortillas -- 8 Inch

In a large baggie, combine cinnamon, sugar and nutmeg. Set aside. Cut Tortillas into 3x2 strips. Heat 1 inch of oil in a skillet to 375. Fry 4 or 5 strips at a time for 30 seconds or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. While still warm, place strips into plastic bag and shake gently to coat. Serve immediately or store in air-tight container.
