Box of Graham crackers
2 containers of Yoplait custard style yogurt*
4 oz whipped topping
*I use this kind because it is thicker and richer so that the taste comes through and the mixture is thicker. My kids like the lemon the best. It tastes like lemon cream pie!
Recipe
Mix the 2 containers of yogurt and the whipped topping.
Break the graham crackers in half to where you have 2 squares from each "sheet".
Take about 1 heaping tbsp of the mix and place between 2 squares of graham crackers. Wrap individually in foil and freeze.
